TPD dataset licence agreement

These are the clauses you accept on first access, governing the use of the dataset. They remain available here at any time.

Art. 1 · Anonymous dataset.

The dataset is supplied anonymised (k-anonymity, differential privacy, non-linkable pseudonymisation). No re-identification key is provided.

Art. 2 · No re-identification.

You must not attempt, directly or via third parties, to re-identify any data subject.

Art. 3 · No enrichment.

You must not link or combine the dataset with any other data source to re-identify individuals.

Art. 6 · Security.

Encryption at rest and in transit, need-to-know access control, retention limited to the licence term with certified deletion, access logging.

Art. 8 · Remedies.

Breach triggers immediate notice, automatic termination, certified destruction, and a penalty of €150,000 per breach plus €500 per re-identified subject.

Art. 9 · Survival.

Non-re-identification and confidentiality obligations survive termination.
